Preparation technology of special mortar for medium-sized concrete composite building blocks
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses a preparation technology of special mortar for medium-sized concrete composite building blocks. Lightweight concrete comprises a material A and a material B. The material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 37-43 parts of cement, 33-38 parts of quartz sand, 13-17 parts of water-washed river sand and 6-10 parts of fly ash. The material B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1.5 to 1.9 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.3 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.05 to 0.15 part of starch ether, 0.1 to 0.2 part of pp fiber and 0.2 to 0.4 part of a water reducing agent. The components of the material A and the components of the material B are uniformly mixed respectively, and then are mixed together to obtain the lightweight concrete. The preparation process is simple and convenient to operate. The lightweight concrete contains redispersible latex powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, starch ether and pp fibers, so that the strength of the lightweight concrete is improved, the toughness is enhanced, and the lightweight concrete is not easy to crack.
