The invention relates to a magnesium oxysulfate cement-based foam wave-absorbing plate and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of wave-absorbing material preparation. The wave-absorbing plate comprises the following raw material components by mass: 10-20 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 10-15 parts of water, 15-25 parts of a wave-absorbing material matrix, 40-50 parts of light calcined magnesia powder, 5-15 parts of a foaming agent, 5-10 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of a modifier and 0.1-1 part of a water reducing agent. During preparation, after the raw material components of the wave-absorbing plate are prepared, the mixing sequence of the components is adjusted, finally, slurry is prepared, and after maintenance, the magnesium oxysulfate cement-based foam wave-absorbing plate is prepared. According to the magnesium oxysulfate cement-based foam wave-absorbing plate, a small amount of modifier and other auxiliary additives are added, the internal structure is improved, and a uniform and porous magnesium oxysulfate cement material is prepared by utilizing a chemical foaming technique, so that the wave-absorbing effect is improved, and the wave-absorbing plate has an electromagnetic wave absorbing function while heat preservation and heat insulation are ensured; and the wave-absorbing material shows a good wave-absorbing effect at a high frequency of 26.5-40GHz, and has a relatively good reflection frequency.
本发明的一种硫氧镁水泥基泡沫吸波板及其制备方法,属于吸波材料制备技术领域,吸波板包括原料组分及质量份数为:10~20份七水硫酸镁,10‑15份水,15~25份吸波材料基体;40~50份轻烧氧化镁粉,5‑15份发泡剂,5‑10份稳泡剂,0.1~1份改性剂,0.1~1份减水剂。制备时,按吸波板原料组分备料后,调整各组分混合顺序,最终制得浆液,养护后,制得硫氧镁水泥基泡沫吸波板。该硫氧镁水泥基泡沫吸波板,通过加入少量改性剂和其他辅助类添加剂,改善内部结构,利用化学发泡手法,制备出均匀多孔的硫氧镁水泥材料,从而提高吸波效果,保证吸波板在保温隔热的同时,兼具电磁波吸收功能,在高频26.5‑40GHz均表现出良好的吸波效果,具有较好的反射频率。
