The invention discloses a cold spraying process for a metal film of a ceramic resistor. The cold spraying process comprises the steps of (1) placing a ceramic resistor base body in an oven for baking; (2) taking out the cooled ceramic resistor base body in the oven, and then placing the ceramic resistor base body in a stock bin of full-automatic cold spraying equipment; (3) arranging and feeding the ceramic resistor base body to a clamp of the full-automatic cold spraying equipment by a vibration feeding system; (4) putting metal powder needing to be sprayed into a spraying material bin of the full-automatic cold spraying equipment; (5) starting the full-automatic cold spraying equipment to a semi-automatic mode; and (6) manually controlling the full-automatic cold spraying equipment, rotating the ceramic resistor base body back and forth from left to right and then from right to left, and meanwhile, enabling the full-automatic cold spraying equipment to spray the ceramic resistor base body so as to enable the surface of the ceramic resistor base body to be metalized. The cold spraying device is adopted to directly spray metal powder on the ceramic resistor base body to form the metal film layer, and the cold spraying process is good in effect, high in efficiency, low in cost and convenient to manufacture.
