Mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer which comprises the following components by weight: 24-46 parts of a monomer A; 2-6 parts of a monomer B; 1-5 parts of maleate naphthaldehyde ester; 0.08-0.5 part of a chain transfer agent; 0.2-1.8 parts of an initiator; 40-70 parts of water; the monomer A is any one or more of methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether, isobutenol polyoxyethylene ether, hydroxybutyl vinyl polyethylene glycol ether, ethyoxyl vinyl polyethylene glycol ether and allyl polyethylene glycol ether with the polymerization degree of 30-60, and the monomer B is any one or more of acrylic acid, maleic acid and itaconic acid. By providing large steric hindrance, the intercalation adsorption loss of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is reduced, the sensitivity of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to soil is effectively reduced, and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is endowed with an anti-mud function.
