The mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mole: 15%-25% of unsaturated polyether macromonomer, 60%-80% of acrylic acid, 1%-10% of unsaturated phosphite amphoteric monomer, 0.5%-5% of initiator, 0.01%-0.5% of chain transfer agent and the balance of water. The mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer provided by the invention has good dispersity and dispersion retentivity, so that the mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer has excellent mud resistance.
