The invention discloses a ground grouting reinforcement construction process, and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. A to-be-reinforced base can be reinforced, so that the to-be-reinforced base has enough strength for bearing tunnel construction. The ground grouting reinforcement construction process comprises the steps that S1, a hole position is determined; S2, drilling is conducted according to the hole position; S3, a grouting outer pipe is placed into a drilled hole; S4, a sleeve shell material is injected between the drilled hole and the grouting outer pipe; S5, a grouting inner pipe is placed into the grouting outer pipe, and grouting is conducted by aligning one grout outlet part of the grouting inner pipe; and S6, the grouting inner pipe is moved, and grouting is conducted by sequentially aligning all the grout outlet parts. According to the ground grouting reinforcement construction process, through cooperation of the grouting inner pipe and the grouting outer pipe, grout is injected into gaps of a stratum and diffused out of a certain range under the action of pressure, so that the stratum within the range is firmly cemented, the self-stabilizing capacity of the stratum within the peripheral range of the drilled hole is improved, and then the single hole position is reinforced and has enough strength for bearing tunnel construction.
