Grouting injection device for ground reinforcement
The present invention relates to a grouting injection device for ground reinforcement, capable of placing grouting in order at a fixed height so that the grouting injected for ground reinforcement has uniform strength. According to the present invention, the grouting injection device for ground reinforcement includes: a casing (10) inserted into a perforated hole (2) as a cylindrical shape with an open upper part and an open lower part; a grouting injection tube (30) extended to a lower end of the casing (10) by penetrating an insertion hole (21) of a grouting injection tube support unit (20) fixed to the inside of the casing (10), and spouting the grouting through an end; an inclination unit (40) having an inclined surface with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part in a right-angled triangle shape, and formed to enclose the outer surface separated at fixed intervals from the lower end of the casing (10); a lifting unit (50) ascending or descending along the outer surface of the casing (10) while enclosing the outer surface of the casing (10); and multiple grouting backflow blocking units (60) having a plate shape with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and rotatably coupled to the lower end of the lifting unit (50).
본 발명은 지반보강을 위해 주입되는 그라우팅이 균일한 강도를 갖도록 일정 높이로 순차적으로 타설할 수 있는 지반보강을 위한 그라우팅 주입장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지반보강을 위한 그라우팅 주입장치는, 상부와 하부가 개구된 원통형상으로 천공홀(2)의 내부로 삽입되는 케이싱(10)과; 케이싱(10) 내부에 고정된 그라우팅 주입관 지지부(20)의 삽입공(21)을 관통하여 케이싱(10)의 하단으로 연장되며 끝단으로 그라우팅을 분출하는 그라우팅 주입관(30)과; 직각삼각형 형상의 상협하광의 경사면을 갖으며 케이싱(10)의 하단에서 소정거리 이격된 외면을 감싸도록 형성되는 경사부(40)와; 케이싱(10)의 외면을 감싸면서 케이싱(10)의 외면을 따라 승강 또는 하강하는 승강부(50)와; 상협하광의 판형상으로 복수개가 승강부(50)의 하단에 회동가능하게 체결되는 그라우팅 역류 차단부(60);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
