The flat plate vibrator comprises a vibration mechanism, a main vibration flat plate and two adjusting frames, wherein the vibration mechanism is mounted on a mounting platform, a handle for pulling and walking is mounted on the rear side of the mounting platform, the lower end of the vibration mechanism is connected with a supporting transverse plate, a mounting seat for fixing is mounted at the upper end of the main vibration flat plate, the lower end of the supporting transverse plate is connected with the main vibration flat plate through the mounting seat, and the two adjusting frames are of hollow structures and are arranged on the left side and the right side of the supporting transverse plate correspondingly, and supporting threaded rods used for stable supporting are connected to the interiors of the top ends of the adjusting frames in a penetrating and threaded mode.
