The ETFE film tensioning construction process comprises the following steps that an ETFE film is hoisted, specifically, the ETFE film is packaged into a roll, and the roll is hoisted to the upper part of the middle part of a large-span arc-shaped steel-wood truss; the ETFE film is laid, specifically, the ETFE film which is packed into the roll is untied to and laid on the upper surface of the large-span arc-shaped steel-wood truss; mounting is carried out before tensioning, specifically, a film boundary aluminum strip is mounted on the long edge of the ETFE film; the ETFE film is tensioned, specifically, a plurality of tensioning devices are mounted on the large-span arc-shaped steel-wood truss, the tensioning devices are connected with the film boundary aluminum strip, and meanwhile, tension is applied in the direction far away from the ETFE film so as to lengthen the ETFE film; and fixing is carried out after tensioning, specifically, after the film boundary aluminum strip is tensioned in place, the tensioning devices are detached from the large-span arc-shaped steel-wood truss, and then the film boundary aluminum strip is mounted on the most edge of the large-span arc-shaped steel-wood truss. The ETFE film tensioning construction process has the effect of improving the construction progress of laying the ETFE film.
