ETFE Apparatus for reinforcing insulation of structure used ETFE film
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reinforcing insulation of a structure using an ETFE film, in which an ETFE outer membrane and an ETFE inner membrane, which are made of ETFE film membranes, are overlapped on an upper end unit on both sides of a frame in a part between the upper end unit and a cap on an upper side, and are compressed and fixed between an upper sealing member and a lower sealing member, thereby filling the part between the ETFE outer membrane and the ETFE inner membrane with air and thus, forming an air pocket. On both sides of a lower end unit of the frame, a rope holder is formed, into which an edge rope for fixing the ETFE film membrane is inserted. One end of the ETFE reinforcing membrane is fixed on the edge rope to be taken out from the rope holder, and the other end is attached to the ETFE inner membrane formed to be sagging from an upper side towards a lower side. Accordingly, an insulation pocket is formed between the ETFE inner membrane and the EFTE reinforcing membrane, thereby improving insulation properties.
본 발명은 ETFE 필름을 활용한 구조물의 단열보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 프레임의 양측 상단부에서 그 상부의 캡과의 사이에 ETFE 필름막으로 이루어지는 ETFE 외부막과 ETFE 내부막이 겹쳐지도록 하여 상부 실링부재와 하부 실링부재 사이에서 압착 고정되도록 하면서 상기 ETFE 외부막과 ETFE 내부막 사이에 공기를 충전시켜 에어 포켓을 형성하도록 하는 ETFE 필름을 활용한 구조물에 있어서, 상기 프레임의 하단부 양측으로 각각 ETFE 필름막 고정용 에지 로프가 끼워지도록 하는 로프 홀더를 형성하고, 상기 에지 로프에 일단이 고정되어 상기 로프 홀더로부터 인출되는 ETFE 보강막의 타단은 상부로부터 하향 쳐지게 형성되는 상기 ETFE 내부막에 접착되도록 하여 상기 ETFE 내부막과 ETFE 보강막 사이에 단열 포켓이 형성되도록 하여 단열성이 향상되도록 하는데 특징이 있다.
