The invention discloses a method for additionally arranging a fulcrum column under a beam. The method comprises the following steps: pre-planting a steel bar at a position where the fulcrum column is additionally arranged on a reinforced beam; a first supporting assembly, a second supporting assembly and a splicing top-supporting cross beam are arranged below the reinforced beam, the splicing top-supporting cross beam comprises a first beam section, a second beam section and a third beam section, the splicing top-supporting cross beam is transversely placed on the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly, and the pre-planted steel bars penetrate through the steel bar pre-penetrating holes in the vertical direction; jacking equipment arranged on the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly is used for jacking the spliced jacking and supporting cross beam, and a second beam section of the spliced jacking and supporting cross beam applies pre-stressing force to the reinforced beam; pouring of an added fulcrum column is conducted, and the second beam section is poured into the fulcrum column during pouring; and the first supporting assembly, the second supporting assembly, the first beam section and the third beam section are dismantled. The method can be used for additionally arranging permanent reinforced concrete column fulcrums capable of cooperatively working for an existing structure, and the difficulty of reconstruction and reinforcement engineering is reduced.
