The invention discloses a construction method of a slurry shield filter-pressed mud cake in synchronous grouting. The construction method comprises the following steps of: a slurry shield tunnels in a soft viscous stratum to generate slurry; the slurry is circulated after screening treatment to increase the viscosity of the slurry; the slurry is filter-pressed to form a mud cake; the mud cake is transferred, stored, aired and crushed to mud cake powder; the mud cake powder serves as bentonite, and is prepared to synchronous mortar for shield synchronous grouting with cement, fly ash, sand and water by a certain ratio; and the synchronous mortar is returned to the slurry shield for participating in synchronous grouting. The construction method mainly uses the characteristic of tunneling construction of the slurry shield in the soft viscous stratum; viscous soil is high in slurry making capacity; the outward transportation quantity of the mud cake formed by filter pressing of waste slurry is reduced; the mud cake is aired and crushed to serve as the bentonite to be used in synchronous grouting by a certain ratio for thickening and water retention of the synchronous mortar; and filter-pressed clear water is used for mixing the synchronous mortar. The construction method reduces the cost of the bentonite, reduces the outward transportation cost of the waste slurry and the mud cake, is low-carbon and environment-friendly, realizes zero emission of the waste slurry and the mud cake, and is green and environment-friendly in construction.
本发明公开了一种泥水盾构压滤泥饼在同步注浆中的施工方法，包括：泥水盾构在软粘性地层中掘进产生泥浆；筛分处理后环流，增加泥浆粘度；压滤处理成泥饼；泥饼转运储存、晾晒后再粉碎成泥饼粉；泥饼粉充当膨润土，与水泥、粉煤灰、砂、水按一定比例制备盾构同步注浆用的同步砂浆；将同步砂浆送回泥水盾构参与同步注浆。本发明主要是利用泥水盾构在软粘性地质中掘进施工的特点，粘性土造浆能力强，减少弃浆压滤成泥饼的外运量，将泥饼晾晒、粉碎后、充当膨润土以一定比例在同步注浆中使用，对同步砂浆增稠、保水，压滤的清水用于同步砂浆拌浆。减少膨润土成本、降低废浆、泥饼外运成本，低碳环保，实现废弃泥浆泥饼“零排放”，绿色环保施工。
