Manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof. The invention discloses a manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material, which is prepared from the following main components in percentage by mole: 52.7 to 53.2 percent of ferric oxide, 35.3 to 36.2 percent of manganous-manganic oxide, 9.3 to 10.5 percent of zinc oxide and 1.2 to 2.5 percent of additive. The preparation method of the manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material comprises the following steps: S1, mixing: uniformly mixing three raw materials including 52.7-53.2% of ferric oxide, 35.3-46.2% of manganous-manganic oxide and 10.3-10.8% of zinc oxide with pure water and an adhesive through mixing equipment, wherein in the process of mixing by the mixing equipment, firstly, the three raw materials are added into a mixing box through a feeding assembly, and the three materials are sprayed out through airflow sprayed out by an air spraying mechanism to be mixed for the first time. According to the manganese-zinc soft magnetic ferrite material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the mixing box is arranged to be matched with the air spraying mechanism to perform primary mixing on the materials, and is matched with a reciprocating stirring device in a mixing cylinder to perform secondary dead-corner-free mixing, so that the mixing is more uniform through two times of mixing, and the mixing speed is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种锰锌软磁铁氧体材料及其制备方法。锰锌软磁铁氧体材料,主成分按摩尔份计包括:三氧化二铁52.7‑53.2%、四氧化三锰35.3‑36.2%、氧化锌9.3‑10.5%、添加剂1.2‑2.5%,锰锌软磁铁氧体材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:混合:将三氧化二铁52.7‑53.2%、四氧化三锰35.3‑46.2%、氧化锌10.3‑10.8%三种原料通过混合设备与纯水以及粘合剂混合均匀,其中通过混合设备混合过程中,首先将三种原料通过进料组件加入到混合箱中通过喷气机构喷出的气流使三种物料喷散开来进行第一次混合。本发明提供的锰锌软磁铁氧体材料及其制备方法,通过设置混合箱配合喷气机构可以对物料进行第一次混合,配合混合筒内部的往复搅拌装置进行二次无死角混合,通过两次混合使混合更加的均匀,且极大的提高混合的速率。
