Preparation method of composite refractory material
The invention relates to the field of preparation of refractory materials, in particular to a preparation method of a composite refractory material. The method comprises the following steps: S1, taking mineral powder and water, and mixing in a mixer to form a mixture A; S2, pressing the mixture A into a cuboid box-shaped blank, adding silica powder into the cuboid box-shaped blank, and then pressing a layer of mixture A into the upper side of the cuboid box-shaped blank to prepare a green brick; S3, respectively drying the green brick once at different temperatures respectively; and S4, sintering the green brick. According to the invention, silica powder can be added into a cuboid box-shaped blank to prepare a green brick, so that the fire resistance is improved.
本发明涉及耐火材料制备领域，更具体的说是一种复合耐火材料制备方法，包括，S1：取矿石粉和水，并且在混合机中混合，形成混合料A；S2：将混合料A压成长方体盒状坯，在长方体盒状坯内加入硅石粉，然后再向长方体盒状坯的上侧再压入一层混合料A，制成砖坯；S3：将砖坯在不同温度下分别干燥一次；S4：对砖坯进行烧结。可以在长方体盒状坯内加入硅石粉，制成砖坯，提升耐火性能。
