The invention discloses a vibrating mechanism which comprises an eccentric shaft, a fixed bearing seat, a movable bearing seat, a vibrating beam, an eccentric sleeve and a positioning screw, the eccentric shaft comprises a fixed bearing seat mounting section and a movable bearing seat mounting section, and eccentricity exists between the fixed bearing seat mounting section and the movable bearing seat mounting section; the fixed bearing seat is mounted on the fixed bearing seat mounting section; the bottom surface of the movable bearing seat is connected with the vibrating beam; the eccentric sleeve comprises an inner hole matching surface and an outer circle mounting surface, eccentricity exists between the inner hole matching surface and the outer circle mounting surface of the eccentric sleeve, the movable bearing seat is mounted on the outer circle mounting surface of the eccentric sleeve, and the inner hole matching surface of the eccentric sleeve is matched with the movable bearing seat mounting section; the eccentric sleeve is provided with a mounting hole, the movable bearing seat mounting section of the eccentric shaft is further provided with a threaded hole matched with the mounting hole, and the eccentric sleeve is connected with the eccentric shaft through a positioning screw. The invention further relates to an ironing plate and a paver, and the problems that in the prior art, positioning is tedious, and the adjustable vibration amplitude range is limited are solved.
