The system comprises a driving seat, a storage tank, an adapter pipe, a foundation pit filling assembly, an adjusting rack, and a material smearing and smoothing assembly; the storage tank is transversely fixed to the upper end face of the driving seat through a mounting frame body, and an inner stirring shaft is arranged in the storage tank in a relatively rotating mode and used for rotationally stirring the asphalt materials quantitatively stored in the storage tank; the adapter pipe is transversely communicated with one side of the storage tank; the foundation pit filling assembly is vertically arranged at one end of the adapter pipe and communicates with the storage tank through the adapter pipe; the adjusting rack is mounted on one side of the upper end surface of the storage tank; and the material smearing and smoothing assembly is fixed to one end of the adjusting rack, and after the foundation pit filling assembly completes primary asphalt material filling, the material smearing and smoothing assembly conducts sufficient and even smearing on the pavement of the repaired area of the foundation pit filling assembly.
