The invention provides an automatic water pumping device for a water collecting pit of a tower crane. The automatic water pumping device comprises a tower crane foundation platform and the water collecting pit formed in the tower crane foundation platform, a submersible pump and a drainage pipe externally connected to the submersible pump are arranged in the water collecting pit, and the submersible pump is electrically connected with a water pumping control system. The water pumping control system is used for controlling the submersible pump to work according to the water level in the water collecting pit.
