The invention discloses an assembly type concrete prefabricated component connector and an application thereof.The assembly type concrete prefabricated component connector comprises at least one grouting steel pipe and at least one pair of strip-shaped grouting grooves, wherein a plurality of grouting holes are formed in a pipe wall of the grouting steel pipe in the longitudinal direction, and the cross section of the grouting steel pipe is of a girdling structure with the two side edges shrunk inwards; the paired strip-shaped grouting grooves are formed in the two concrete prefabricated components respectively and extend in the longitudinal direction of the concrete prefabricated components where the paired strip-shaped grouting grooves are located, openings of the strip-shaped grouting grooves face a joint of the two concrete prefabricated components and contract inwards, and after the two concrete prefabricated components are aligned, the paired strip-shaped grouting grooves are matched to form a girdling type hole channel where a grouting steel pipe is inserted into. The grouting steel pipe with the cross section being of the girdling structure is inserted into the girdling hole channel formed by the pair of strip-shaped grouting grooves, so that the two concrete prefabricated components can be connected; a gap between the grouting steel pipe and the girdling type hole channel can be filled with grout pressed in from the grouting hole, after the grout is solidified, the integrity of the connector can be improved, and the sealing and waterproof effects are achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土预制构件接头及其应用，该装配式混凝土预制构件接头包括至少一注浆钢管和至少一对条形注浆槽，注浆钢管的管壁沿纵向设有若干个注浆孔，且注浆钢管横断面为两侧边向内收缩的束腰结构；成对的条形注浆槽分别设于两混凝土预制构件内并沿其所在混凝土预制构件纵向延伸，条形注浆槽开口朝向两混凝土预制构件的接缝并向内收缩，两混凝土预制构件对齐后，成对的条形注浆槽配合形成供注浆钢管插入的束腰型孔道。本发明将横断面为束腰结构的注浆钢管插入一对条形注浆槽形成的束腰型孔道中，可将两混凝土预制构件连接起来；从注浆孔压入的浆液能填充注浆钢管与束腰型孔道之间的缝隙，浆液固化后，能提高接头整体性，并起到密封、防水的作用。
