The construction method specifically comprises the following steps that a model of the steel-concrete structure step stand is established, and then a steel structure assembly is prefabricated in a factory; all the prefabricated steel structure assemblies are transported to an installation site; the step stand is divided into a plurality of step units, the step units are sequentially numbered and recorded as 1, 2, 3..., and the odd number of step units are assembled on site; then the odd number of step units are sequentially hoisted; a first step beam, a second step beam and a step plate between the odd number of step units are assembled according to the method; and after all the step units are spliced into a whole, a reinforcing mesh is bound on the whole surface layer, a side formwork is supported on the outer side of the step plate, then concrete is poured, and construction of the steel-concrete structure step stand is completed after pouring is completed. According to the construction method, the working efficiency can be effectively improved, and roof construction and the working space in the venue cannot be affected.
