The black steel fiber reinforced concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20%-30% of sulphoaluminate cement, 30%-40% of aggregate, 30%-40% of quartz sand, 1%-2% of steel fibers, 0.1%-0.3% of PP fibers, 0.2%-0.5% of carbon black, 0.1%-0.3% of a retarder, 0.5%-1% of an expanding agent, 0.2%-0.5% of an air entraining agent, 0.08%-0.12% of a water reducing agent and 0.5%-1% of a coagulant.
