Compact ceramic coating
The invention discloses a compact ceramic coating which comprises a component A, a component B and a component C. The component A comprises phosphoric acid, phosphate, natural kaolin, metakaolin, siliceous powder and water. The component B comprises a metal oxide, a hydroxide, wollastonite, a pigment, fly ash and water. The component C comprises a penetrant, silicate and water. The invention also discloses a method for forming a compact ceramic coating layer on the metal, which comprises the following steps: mixing the component A and the component B, coating the surface of the metal with the mixture, and spraying the component C after curing. The ceramic coating disclosed by the invention has excellent weather resistance, ageing resistance, heat resistance, alkali resistance and ultraviolet resistance, so that the ceramic coating is excellent in performance.
本发明公开了一种致密陶瓷涂料,包括A组分、B组分、C组分,A组分包括磷酸、磷酸盐、天然高岭土、偏高岭土、硅质粉、水;B组分包括金属氧化物、氢氧化物、硅灰石、颜料、粉煤灰、水;C组分包括渗透剂、硅酸盐、水。本发明还公开了一种在金属上形成致密陶瓷涂料涂层的方法,首先将A组分与B组分混合后涂覆于金属表面,待固化后再喷涂C组分。本发明具有卓越的耐候性、抗老化性、耐候性、耐热、耐碱以及抗紫外性能,因此是一种性能优良的陶瓷涂料。
