The invention discloses a track fastener with the distance easy to adjust. The existing track fastener has the defects of distance adjusting function and insulating property. The track fastener comprises an iron backing plate, an upper mounting surface of an insulating bush coincides with the top surface of the iron backing plate, and two side surfaces of an upper shaft of the insulating bushing coincide with the limiting surface of the iron backing plate; the distance from the center of the through hole in the distance adjusting block to the first, second, third and fourth limiting surfaces a > b > c > d, the first limiting surface and the fourth limiting surface are arranged oppositely, and the second limiting surface and the third limiting surface are arranged oppositely; the distance adjusting block is arranged in the square hole of the insulating bushing, and the side surface coincides with the side surface of the square through hole of the insulating bushing; anchor bolts pass through the circular through holes of the distance adjusting blocks to fixedly connect the iron backing plate with the sleeper; and a spring washer and a locking backing plate are arranged between the anchor bolt and the insulating bushing. Four limiting distances are arranged, the distance adjusting block is rotated, the distance between the steel rail fixing structure and the axis of the anchor bolt is changed, the track gauge is adjusted, the whole device is high in reliability, and failure caused by vibration of the track system is avoided.
