A second motor, a milling cutter and parts thereof and a plurality of groups of first motors, first heating pipes and parts thereof are designed, the working range is enlarged along with the increase of the width of the road surface, the work of softening, rebuilding and shoveling the asphalt road surface with different widths is completed under the condition that redundant heating equipment borne by the vehicle is not increased, materials are saved, the energy consumption is reduced, the cost for rebuilding the road surface is reduced, the use efficiency is high, and the machine is very practical.
