The invention provides an asphalt pavement softening device which comprises a vehicle body and at least two cover bodies arranged in sequence in the advancing direction of the vehicle body, and further comprises a pavement detection unit, a temperature control unit and a temperature control unit, each road surface detection unit comprises at least two detection assemblies which are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the vehicle body, and the first end of the cover body is the advancing direction when the vehicle body works and the rear end of the cover body; the detection assembly is used for detecting the hardness of the heated road surface when the vehicle body moves forwards, the road surface detection unit is arranged at the rear end of the cover body, and the hardness of the heated road surface can be detected, so that the heating softening condition of the road surface is obtained; therefore, the working power of the hot air circulating system and the traveling speed of the vehicle body can be controlled in real time according to the detection result, the road surface can be fully heated and softened, manpower is liberated, and labor intensity is reduced.
本发明提供一种沥青路面软化装置，包括车体及沿车体行进方向顺次设置的至少两个罩体，罩体内设置有热风循环系统，还包括：路面检测单元，包括至少设置于一个罩体的第一端的一个，每个路面检测单元包括沿车体宽度方向间隔设置的至少两个检测组件，罩体的第一端为沿车体工作时的前进方向，罩体的后端；检测组件用于在车体工作前进时检测被加热路面的硬度，通过在罩体后端配置路面检测单元，能够检测被加热路面的硬度，从而实施获取路面被加热软化的情况，从而能够通过检测结果实时控制热风循环系统的工作功率及车体的行进速度，保证路面能够被充分加热软化，从而解放人工，降低劳动强度。
