Prefabricated hollow pier connected through grouting sleeves and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated hollow pier connected through the grouting sleeves; the pier comprises a pier body and a steel reinforcement framework arranged in the pier body, the steel reinforcement framework comprises a plurality of outer main reinforcements vertically arranged in the pier body in a penetrating mode, and the end of each outer main reinforcement is provided with a grouting sleeve used for being connected with a bearing platform. Reinforcing steel bar inserting holes used for allowing outer main reinforcing steel bars and assembling end reinforcing steel bars embedded in the bearing platform to be inserted are formed in the grouting sleeves in a penetrating mode, and slurry cavities communicating with the reinforcing steel bar inserting holes are formed in the grouting sleeves. The side walls of the grouting sleeves are provided with grouting pipes with inlets flush with the side wall of the pier body and communicating with the slurry cavities, and slurry outlet pipe with outlets flush with the side wall of the pier body and communicating with the slurry cavities. According to the prefabricated hollow pier, the grouting sleeves are arranged in the pier body in advance, the outer main reinforcements in the pier body and the splicing end reinforcements pre-buried in the bearing platform are connected together through the grouting materials poured into the grouting sleeves, and the connection strength between the prefabricated hollow pier and the bearing platform can be improved.
本发明提供了一种灌浆套筒连接的预制空心墩,包括墩体、设置于墩体内的钢筋骨架,钢筋骨架包括多个竖直穿设于墩体内的外主筋,每个外主筋的端部均设置有用于连接承台的灌浆套筒,灌浆套筒上贯穿开设有用于供外主筋和承台预埋的拼装端钢筋插入的钢筋插孔,灌浆套筒内具有与钢筋插孔连通的浆料腔,灌浆套筒的侧壁上设置有进口与墩体侧壁平齐且与浆料腔连通的灌浆管、出口与墩体侧壁平齐且与浆料腔连通的出浆管。本预制空心墩通过在墩体内预设灌浆套筒,利用灌入灌浆套筒内的灌浆料将墩体内的外主筋和承台预埋的拼接端钢筋连接在一起,有利于提升预制空心墩与承台之间的连接强度。
