The invention relates to a UHPC grouting double-corrugated-pipe prefabricated pier with inserting grooves. The UHPC grouting double-corrugated-pipe prefabricated pier comprises a cast-in-place reinforced concrete bearing platform, a prefabricated reinforced concrete pier column and a prefabricated reinforced concrete cover beam. Longitudinal bars extend out of the upper end and the lower end of the pier column. A large-caliber metal corrugated pipe is pre-buried in the upper portion of the bearing platform to form an inserting groove, a plurality of small-caliber metal corrugated pipes matched with longitudinal bars at the lower end of the pier column are pre-buried, the lower end of the pier column is placed in the inserting groove, and the extending longitudinal bars are inserted into the corresponding corrugated pipes. A plurality of small-caliber metal corrugated pipes matched with longitudinal bars at the upper ends of the pier columns are pre-buried in the cover beam; the corrugated pipes are positioned through positioning steel bars or connecting steel bars, and UHPC is poured into the pipes after splicing. The invention further relates to a construction method of the UHPC grouting double-corrugated-pipe prefabricated pier with the inserting grooves. According to the invention, the force transmission effect is enhanced, the slot depth is reduced, and brittle failure of a splicing interface is avoided; the overall stress is more reliable; the corrugated pipe is low in centering precision requirement and convenient to construct.
