The two toothed plates (3) can move relatively, the two beam bodies (1) at the bridge expansion joint are provided with circular grooves and fixedly connected with rubber waterstops (4) through the circular grooves, and the tail ends of the rubber waterstops (4) are fixedly connected with drainage pipes communicated with the outside.
