The invention relates to a restraining fence for karst cave filling construction. The restraining fence comprises a fixing clamp and a plurality of restraining rods; a fixing frame comprises an upper connecting ring, a lower connecting ring and a connecting rod; each restraining rod comprises an upper circular vertical section, a horizontal section with one end connected with the lower end of the upper circular vertical section and a lower vertical section with the upper end connected with the other end of the horizontal section; the upper connecting ring and the lower connecting ring are fixed together through the connecting rod; the restraining rods are distributed in the circumferential direction of the upper connecting ring; the upper circular vertical sections are rotationally connected inside the upper connecting ring and the lower connecting ring at the same time; the horizontal sections are connected with the upper circular vertical sections through tin bars formed through tin soldering; and electric heating tubes for heating and melting the tin bars are arranged at the joints of the horizontal sections and the upper vertical circular sections. The invention further provides a karst cave landform pile foundation construction method for performing construction through the restraining fence for karst cave filling construction. The invention aims at providing the restraining fence for karst cave filling construction. The restraining fence is used for solving the problem that the karst cave filling range is uncontrollable in the karst cave landform pile foundation construction process.
