The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a basement raft flexible foundation. The construction method mainly comprises the steps of digging a foundation pit in the working ground for drainage, drying for 3 to 5 days, and tamping the bottom and the periphery of the dried foundation pit; spraying waterproof paint to the inner walls of the periphery of the foundation pit, and pouring a concrete reinforcing layer around the foundation pit; uniformly mixing stones and soil for digging the foundation pit to serve as backfill soil to be filled into the foundation pit, and then tamping the backfill soil to form a backfill cushion layer; digging a building pit in the upper part of the tamped backfill cushion layer, and putting a reinforcement cage into the building pit for pouring forming to form a quakeproof column; erecting raft reinforcing steel bars above the backfill soil, then pouring a raft foundation, and reserving a bearing groove in the raft foundation; and laying EPS extruded sheets on the periphery of the interior of the bearing groove, then erecting bearing column steel bars in the bearing groove, and pouring the bearing column steel bars. According to the construction method, the waterproof capacity of a raft is effectively improved, and additionally, deformation and damage of a waterproof plate are effectively avoided.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种地下室筏板柔性基础的施工方法主要包括在工作地面挖出基坑排水,并干燥3‑5天,对干燥后的基坑底部和四周进行夯实;对基坑四周内壁喷涂防水涂料,并在基坑四周浇筑混凝土加固层;将石块和挖基坑的土混合均匀作为回填土并填入基坑内部,之后将回填土夯实,形成回填垫层;在夯实的回填垫层的上部挖出建筑坑,向建筑坑内下入钢筋笼浇筑成型,形成防震柱;在回填土上方架设筏板钢筋,然后浇筑筏板基础,且在筏板基础上留有承重槽;在承载槽内部四周铺设EPS挤塑板,然后在承重槽内部架设承重柱钢筋,并将承重柱钢筋浇筑完成。该发明有效的提高了筏板的防水能力,同时有效避免了防水板的变形和损坏。
