The invention discloses a tower crane foundation and basement raft combined structure and a construction method thereof. The tower crane foundation and basement raft combined structure comprises a basement cushion layer, a waterproof layer, basement raft steel bars, tower crane foundation steel bars, joint bars and tower crane embedded bolts. Wherein a tower crane foundation and basement raft concrete which are integrally poured are arranged above the basement cushion layer and the waterproof layer, basement raft steel bars and tower crane foundation steel bars are arranged in the concrete, and transverse joint bars are arranged at the position of a basement raft; embedded bolts needed by the tower crane are evenly arranged in the middle of the tower crane foundation steel bars, and the upper ends of the embedded bolts of the tower crane are arranged outside the concrete. According to the scheme, the construction procedure of combining the tower crane foundation and the raft is simple, and formworks and concrete materials are saved. The water accumulation problem of the tower crane foundation in the using process of the tower crane is effectively solved, and a basement raft at the tower crane foundation is prevented from being cleaned and poured again.
