The invention provides a comprehensive pipe gallery construction method and a unilateral formwork structure of a comprehensive pipe gallery side wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that a, a pit slot used for laying a comprehensive pipe gallery is dug; b, a bottom plate of the pipe gallery is poured; c, a reinforcing mesh in a mid-partition wall is bound on the bottom plate; d, then a middle partition wall formwork and a partition wall formwork support are erected, and concrete is poured; e, the pit slot side wall of the comprehensive pipe gallery is leveled, and the flat pit slot side wall serves as an outer side formwork of a pipe gallery side wall; f, the reinforcing mesh in the side wall of the comprehensive pipe gallery and the reinforcing mesh in a top plate are bound; g, an inner side formwork of the side wall is erected, an inner side formwork support is installed, and a top plate formwork support and a top plate formwork are erected; h, the concrete between the inner side formworks of the pit slot side walls and the side walls is poured, and then the concrete is poured on the top plate formwork of the comprehensive pipe gallery; and i, after the concrete is solidified, the inner side formwork of the side wall and the formwork support are dismantled, and pouring construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery is completed.
