The invention relates to wall surface construction, and particularly relates to a wall surface drip groove structure forming method which is convenient to construct and low in cost. The wall surface drip groove structure forming method comprises the following steps that a wood formwork is cut into a wood strip with the section being an isosceles trapezoid with the upper portion being narrow and the lower portion being wide; an iron sheet is cut into the appropriate size according to the size of the wood strip and wraps the surface of the wood strip, and a prefabricated drip groove tool is manufactured; the prefabricated drip groove tool is placed in the appropriate position of a window upper opening beam formwork according to the position designed by a drawing and fixed through self-tapping screws; concrete pouring construction is conducted; and the window upper opening beam formwork is dismounted, cleaned and transferred to the lower layer, and the prefabricated drip groove tool is dismounted from the window upper opening beam formwork after structure construction is completed. According to the wall surface drip groove structure forming method, pouring is conducted through the prefabricated drip groove tool formed by matching the wood strip and the iron sheet, thus a drip groove is formed at a time, the forming effect is good, later-period drip groove part measure labor can be greatly reduced, fixing and transferring labor is reduced, and the construction and labor cost is saved.
本发明涉及墙面施工,具体是一种施工方便、成本低的墙面滴水槽结构成型方法。按照如下步骤进行:将木模板切割成截面为上窄下宽的等腰梯形的木长条;根据木长条的尺寸将铁皮切割成合适的尺寸并将铁皮包覆在木长条的表面,制成预制滴水槽工具;根据图纸设计好的位置将预制滴水槽工具放置到窗上口梁模板上的合适位置并使用自攻螺丝进行固定;进行混凝土浇筑施工;拆除窗上口梁模板并清理周转至下层,待结构施工完毕后将预制滴水槽工具从窗上口梁模板上拆除。本发明通过使用木长条和铁皮配合成的预制滴水槽工具进行浇筑,使得滴水槽一次成型,成型效果好,能够大幅度减少后期滴水槽部位措施用工,减少固定和周转的用工,节约施工和人工成本。
