WATER DRIP STRUCTURE OF EXTERIOR WALL, AND INSTALLATION METHOD FOR WATER DRIP ON EXTERIOR WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water drip structure for an exterior wall and an installation method for a water drip on an exterior wall that suppress declining of appearance quality.SOLUTION: The water drip structure for an exterior wall includes: an upper floor exterior wall surface material 16 provided on a building outer side of an upper floor-side unit 14 of a unit building 10; a lower floor exterior wall surface material 42 provided on the building outer side of a lower floor-side unit 40 of the unit building 10 and having a cutout part 50 on a top edge side 48; a waterproof sheet 72 having a top edge part 104 fitted on an exterior wall frame 18 for holding the upper floor exterior wall surface material 16, and a bottom edge part 78 disposed on the building outer side of the cutout part 50 of the lower floor exterior wall surface material 42; and a water drip 70 on the exterior wall provided on the building outer side of the waterproof sheet 72, formed in a plate-form, and having an upper wall part 76 extending toward a building lower side from a top edge part 74 and disposed on a rear surface side of the upper floor exterior wall surface material 16, and a lower wall part 80 extending toward a building upper side from the bottom edge part 78 and disposed inside the cutout part 50 of the lower floor exterior wall surface material 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外観品質の低下を抑制することができる外壁水切構造及び外壁水切取り付け方法を得る。【解決手段】本外壁水切構造は、ユニット建物１０の上階側ユニット１４の建物外方側に設けられている上階外壁面材１６と、ユニット建物１０の下階側ユニット４０の建物外方側に設けられると共に、上端側４８に切り欠き部５０を有している下階外壁面材４２と、上端部１０４が上階外壁面材１６を保持する外壁フレーム１８に取り付けられていると共に、下端部７８が下階外壁面材４２の切り欠き部５０の建物外方側に配置されている防水シート７２と、防水シート７２の建物外方側に設けられると共に、板状に形成され、上端部７４から建物下方側に延設された上壁部７６が上階外壁面材１６の裏面側に配置されかつ下端部７８から建物上方側へ延設された下壁部８０が下階外壁面材４２の切り欠き部５０内に配置されている外壁水切７０と、を有する。【選択図】図２
