The invention provides a swimming pool submerging and floating type automatic navigation sewage suction device which is a novel environment-friendly water treatment automatic device and can automatically keep the water quality cleanliness in a swimming pool. A main body is of a cylindrical cavity structure made of engineering plastic. A water injection balance weight bin, a rechargeable battery, a direct-current water pump, a program controller, an electromagnetic valve, electric valves, a one-way valve, a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, a water soaking sensor, a detachable filter screen, double water drainage openings and the like are arranged in a cylinder. Water is injected to submerge the pool bottom of the swimming pool, the opening and closing degree of the two electric valves in a double water drainage pipeline is controlled through the program controller for automatic navigation, and the navigation route can be planned and can also be carried out randomly. Flocculated body scraps (chaps), food residues and other sewage in water of the swimming pool are sucked into the device through the water pump, filtered through the filter screen and then drained, and therefore the purpose of cleaning the water quality of the swimming pool is achieved.
