The invention provides an automobile which comprises an automobile body, an automobile door arranged on the automobile body, a rearview mirror arranged on the automobile door and a first detection piece, the first detection piece is arranged on the rearview mirror or the automobile body and faces the ground, the included angle between the central axis of the first detection piece and the first direction is 15-25 degrees, the included angle between the central axis of the first detection piece and the second direction is 35-45 degrees, the first direction is a direction perpendicular to the autombile door, and the second direction is a direction parallel to the autombile door; the autombile also comprises a second detection piece which is arranged on the rearview mirror or the autombile body, wherein the central axis of the second detection piece is perpendicular to the autombile door. The invention further provides an autombile door anti-collision method and an autombile door anti-collision system. According to the automobile, the automobile door anti-collision method and the automobile door anti-collision system, the first detection piece and the second detection piece are arranged at an angle, so that the first detection piece and the second detection piece can directly detect a dead angle part outside the automobile door.
