The invention discloses novel wallboard adhesive mortar which is prepared according to the following raw material formula: a component A comprising 20 parts of high-alumina cement, 10 parts of Portland cement, 12 parts of sand, 5 parts of a reinforcing agent, 2 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 2 parts of a water-retaining agent and 1 part of an anti-cracking agent, and a component B comprising 10 parts of industrial sintering waste residue, 5 parts of calcium hydroxide and 1 part of a fatty acid ammonium solution. According to the novel wallboard adhesive mortar disclosed by the invention, a waterproof agent prepared from the industrial sintering waste residue, the calcium hydroxide and the fatty acid ammonium solution is arranged, so that the waterproof performance of the wallboard adhesive mortar can be improved, and the phenomenon that the wallboard adhesive mortar falls off in long-time plum rain weather is avoided.
