The high-whiteness ceramic plate comprises a basic mineral, an inorganic binder and micro-expanded aluminum oxide serving as a whitening agent, wherein the inorganic binder accounts for 3-8% of the mass of the base mineral, and the whitening agent accounts for 2-4% of the mass of the base mineral. According to the low-clay-system high-whiteness ceramic plate, impurity intervention is reduced, micro-expansion aluminum oxide cannot be fused in the sintering process of a ceramic green body, numerous interfaces can be formed between the micro-expansion aluminum oxide and a glass phase in ceramic, light is greatly reflected and refracted at the interfaces, and a good opacifying effect is achieved; and the whiteness of the ceramic large plate exceeds 80 degrees, and the radioactivity index of the ceramic large plate is within the national standard range.
