The invention discloses a full-automatic tile sintering production line and a production process thereof. In allusion to the problems that the weight ratio of different raw materials is difficult to control in the sintering process and the working efficiency of the production line is greatly influenced by weighing when the raw materials are separated, the invention proposes the following scheme: the full-automatic tile sintering production line is used for performing impurity removal treatment and crushing treatment on raw material waste residues, and comprises a raw material workshop, a crushing workshop, an aging workshop, a blank manufacturing workshop, a walking kiln body, an automatic blank stacking system, a power supply system, a roasting system, a marshalling system and a flue gas purification system, wherein the raw material workshop is used for collecting and transporting sintering raw materials; the crushing workshop is used for crushing collected sintering raw materials; and the aging workshop is used for gathering and defibering large block raw materials. According to the invention, an electronic scale arranged on a box type feeder can weigh the mass of the raw materials at any time, more flexible matching is facilitated, the time for independently weighing the waste residue raw materials is saved, and the working efficiency of a production line of the whole sintering production process is improved.
