The invention discloses a preparation process of an environment-friendly water reducing agent, and relates to the field of cement water reducing agents, wherein the preparation process comprises the steps of sulfonation reaction, hydrolysis reaction, condensation reaction, neutralization reaction and the like; and reaction waste gas is continuously exported into a formaldehyde absorbing and recycling device in a condensation reaction process, the formaldehyde absorbing and recycling device is used for absorbing and fixing formaldehyde volatilized in waste gas, then an absorbing and fixing solution is concentrated to obtain a formaldehyde regeneration solution, and the formaldehyde regeneration solution is supplemented into the reaction kettle for continuous reaction. The prepared water reducing agent has high water-reducing rate and neat paste fluidity, is excellent in performance, and effectively solves the problems of large formaldehyde consumption and serious tail gas pollution in the production of naphthalene water reducing agents.
本发明公开了一种环保型减水剂制备工艺,涉及水泥减水剂领域,包括磺化反应、水解反应、缩合反应和中和反应等步骤,缩合反应过程中将反应废气不断导出至甲醛吸收重利用装置内,利用甲醛吸收重利用装置对废气中挥发的甲醛进行吸收固定,再将吸收固定液浓缩后获得甲醛再生液,将甲醛再生液回补至反应釜内继续反应。本发明制备的减水剂具有较高的减水率和净浆流动度,性能优良,有效解决了萘系减水剂生产中甲醛用量大,尾气污染严重的问题。
