Construction method for paving, rolling and forming of cement stabilized macadam base
The invention discloses a construction method for paving, rolling and forming a cement stabilized macadam base. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing materials, mixing and transporting a mixture; 2, determining the paving distance of two layers; 3, paving a first section of subbase layer, and compacting the first section of subbase layer; 4, paving the first section of the upper base layer, and compacting the first section of the upper base layer; and 5, paving the second section according to the steps until the paving of the whole section is finished. According to the invention, construction is carried out by adopting a method of two-time continuous paving and one-time rolling forming, so that an intermediate maintenance link and an intermediate detection link in the construction process are omitted, and the construction period is effectively shortened; according to the construction method, in the construction process, close coordination and matching of front heels are achieved, meanwhile, the upper layer is continuously stacked after small-area-section segmented and layered paving, lower-layer pressure stabilizing, vibration pressing and kneading pressing are adopted, one-time forming is conducted through a compacting machine, overall maintenance is conducted after overall rolling forming is conducted, the rolling frequency is reduced, and meanwhile the compacting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于水泥稳定碎石基层摊铺碾压成型的施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、材料准备,混合料拌和、运输;步骤二、确定两层摊铺距离;步骤三、第一段底基层摊铺,第一段底基层压实;步骤四、第一段上基层摊铺,第一段上基层压实;步骤五、按照上述步骤进行第二段摊铺直至整段摊铺结束。本发明采用两次连续摊铺一次碾压成型的方法进行施工,省去了施工过程中的中间养护环节和中间检测环节,有效缩短了施工周期;本发明施工中做到前做后跟的紧密协调配合,同时采用小区段分段分层摊铺,下层稳压、振压、揉压后连续叠铺上层,并利用压实机具一次成型,整体碾压成型后整体进行养护,减少了碾压次数的同时提高了压实效率。
