The anti-waterlogging sponge brick structure comprises a drainage plate body, a concrete pouring layer installed at a bottom end of the drainage plate body and an acting plate installed at a top end of the drainage plate body, wherein a zebra crossing veneer is installed on a surface of a top end of the acting plate, and a through groove is formed in a bottom end of the concrete pouring layer; the through groove is formed in the drainage plate body and extends upwards to a surface of a top end of an action plate on one side of the zebra crossing veneer through the concrete pouring layer, sponge bricks are installed in the through groove of the drainage plate body through an assembling mechanism, a drainage frame is installed in the position, below the sponge bricks, of the through groove, and a grid plate frame is installed in the position, below the drainage frame, of the guide groove. By arranging a series of structures, the anti-waterlogging sponge brick structure for the municipal road can be located at the two ends of a sidewalk, and when the anti-waterlogging sponge brick structure is used on the municipal road, the anti-waterlogging sponge brick structure has high water permeability, obvious pores do not exist while water accumulation at two ends of the sidewalk is avoided, and walking of passing personnel is not affected.
