The invention belongs to the technical field of pavements and particularly relates to an ecological permeable concrete pavement and a preparation method thereof. The ecological permeable concrete pavement comprises a surface layer, a structural layer, a base layer and a base layer which are arranged from top to bottom, wherein the structural layer is made of fly ash ceramsite concrete; the base layer is made of recycled aggregate; the fly ash ceramsite concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts, by weight, 450 to 580 parts of cement, 700 to 900 parts of fly ash ceramsite, 260 to 380 parts of recycled aggregate, 6 to 14 parts of a water reducing agent and the balance of water. When the fly ash ceramsite concrete is prepared, raw materials are mixed and stirred through the mixing device, the speed of the sleeve rod is changed in the stirring process, the sleeve rod swings, meanwhile, the inner rod is drawn in the sleeve rod, and therefore overall mixing efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明属于路面技术领域,尤其是一种生态透水混凝土路面及其制备方法,包括由上而下排列的面层、结构层、基层和基底层,所述结构层为粉煤灰陶粒混凝土;所述基层为再生骨料;所述粉煤灰陶粒混凝土包括如下重量份原料组成:水泥450‑580份,粉煤灰陶粒700‑900份,再生骨料260‑380份,减水剂6‑14份,余量为水。本发明中在制备粉煤灰陶粒混凝土时,通过混合装置对原料进行混合搅拌,使得套杆在搅拌过程中,速度产生变化,并进行摆动,同时内杆在套杆内进行抽动,从而有效提高整体混合效率。
