The invention discloses an ecological permeable concrete pavement construction method and relates to the technical field of road construction, thereby solving problems of hollowing and cracking of a pavement due to different degrees of expansion and shrinkage of a concrete panel. The method comprises the following steps of construction preparation, formwork support, base level cleaning, base leveland asphalt roads, curb building edges, inspection of connection positions of wells, flower pools, and the like and presetting of expansion joints, sprinkling of a thin layer of cement on the base level, watering, pouring of ecological permeable concrete, curing of the construction surface concrete, cleaning of the expansion joints, protecting of a finished product, and painting on the road surface. Through the arrangement of the second step and the sixth step, the phenomena of hollowing and cracking of the pavement due to thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature change infour seasons are reduced.
