Upward pressing and downward hanging combined water pressure method prepressing and construction method for movable formwork
The invention discloses an upward pressing and lower hanging combined hydraulic method prepressing and construction method for a movable formwork, which comprises the following steps of: laying a plurality of sand bags on the top surface of the movable formwork, and hanging a plurality of water bags on the bottom surface of the movable formwork to form the upper pressing and lower hanging combined hydraulic method; and pre-pressing and unloading the movable formwork through the upper-pressing and lower-hanging combined hydraulic method, and carrying out settlement observation on the movable formwork in the pre-pressing and unloading process to obtain observation data. The upper pressing and lower hanging combined water pressure method is matched with the movable formwork to eliminate inelastic deformation of the movable formwork under the condition of meeting safety and economy, the elastic deformation value of the movable formwork is more accurately measured, whether the whole movable formwork meets the safety requirement is verified, meanwhile, the water bag and the sand bag can be repeatedly utilized, the construction cost is reduced, a water pump is used for filling and draining water for each sealed water bag, so that the safety risk of hoisting is reduced.
