Upward self-propelled movable formwork pre-pressing construction method
The invention discloses an ascending self-propelled movable formwork pre-pressing construction method which is characterized in that when a movable formwork is pre-pressed, a sand bag and concrete precast blocks are adopted as a load form, and the number of the concrete precast blocks is increased by hoisting according to different box girder section shapes and different pre-pressing load clamping proportions; the concrete precast blocks are evenly arranged and laid layer by layer in the bridge direction, the concrete precast blocks are arranged to be of two structures including A-type pre-pressing blocks and B-type pre-pressing blocks, the concrete precast blocks are convenient to stack and prefabricate in a standardized mode, slotted holes are formed in the middles of the tops of the concrete precast blocks, U-shaped or straight steel bars are arranged in the slotted holes, and therefore the concrete precast blocks can be hoisted conveniently; and the efficiency of pre-pressing loading construction is greatly improved on the whole.
本发明公开了一种上行自行式移动模架预压施工方法,针对移动模架进行预压时,采用了砂袋加混凝土预制块作为荷载形式,并根据箱梁断面形状及预压荷载夹持比例不同时,吊运增加混凝土预制块数量,沿顺桥向并按层进行均匀排列铺设,混凝土预制块设置为包括A类预压块和B类预压块的两种结构,混凝土预制块本身便于叠放和标准化预制,并在顶部中间开设有槽孔,在槽孔内设置有U型或直型钢筋,便于混凝土预制块的吊运,整体上极大的提升了预压加载施工的效率。
