The steel bar comprises an upper steel bar and a lower steel bar; a through hole is formed in the external nut; the external nut comprises an upper external nut and a lower external nut; the upper steel bar is connected with the upper external nut; the lower steel bar is connected with the lower external nut; the lower end of the inserting rod is connected with the lower external nut; the upper end of the inserting rod is connected with the middle nut; the middle nut is connected with the upper external nut; the clamping piece is arranged on the inner side of the upper external nut; and the spring is arranged at the upper end of the inserting rod.
