The invention discloses a broken ceramic tile breaking device for building construction. The broken ceramic tile breaking device for building construction comprises an n-shaped plate, bottom plates are fixed to the bottom ends of two vertical plates of the n-shaped plate correspondingly, and universal wheels are fixedly installed at the two ends of the bottom faces of the two bottom plates correspondingly. According to the device, firstly, a broken ceramic tile is evenly cut into a plurality of strips in a cutting mode through a cutting disc, then, an inserting rod is inserted into a cutting groove, concrete plaster on the two sides of the cutting groove is expanded according to the expansion principle, the concrete plaster at the bottom of the strip-shaped broken ceramic tile is broken, the broken ceramic tiles can be removed by cleaning out the strip-shaped broken ceramic tiles which are broken by extrusion, equipment such as an electric pick or a hammer is not needed to break the broken ceramic tiles, so that generated vibration is small, intact ceramic tiles around the broken ceramic tiles cannot be affected, and compared with an existing tile lifting mode, labor is saved, and meanwhile, the bottom of a mounting groove of the finally cleaned new ceramic tile is in an irregular sawtooth shape, so that stable combination of later-stage concrete mortar and the bottom of the mounting groove is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用破损瓷砖破除装置,包括n型板,n型板的两个竖板底端分别固定有底板,两个底板底面两端处均固定安装有万向轮。本装置首先通过切割盘切割的方式将破损瓷砖均匀的切割成若干个条状,随后通过插杆的插入切槽,利用膨胀原理将切槽两侧的混凝土胶泥撑开,使得呈条状的破损瓷砖底部混凝土胶泥断裂,将被挤压断裂的呈条状的破损瓷砖清理出来即可达到去除破损瓷砖的目的,不需要电镐或锤子等设备去破除破损瓷砖,所以产生的震动较小,不会对损瓷砖周边的完好瓷砖产生影响,而且相比较于现有的起砖方式省力,同时最终清理出来后的新瓷砖安装槽底部呈不规则的锯齿状,有利于后期混凝土胶泥的与安装槽底部的稳固结合。
