The damaged ceramic tile removing device for building construction comprises an n-shaped plate, and bases are fixed to the bottom ends of two vertical plates of the n-shaped plate correspondingly. According to the device, through ingenious combined application of a drill bit and a rope saw belt, firstly, the drill bit is used for drilling a hole allowing a penetrating pipe to be inserted in each of the four corners of a damaged ceramic tile, and then the rope saw belt between two fourth belt wheels is used for cutting the edge of the damaged ceramic tile between every two adjacent drilled holes; when the broken ceramic tile breaking device is used for breaking the broken ceramic tile, the broken ceramic tile is broken, then the rope saw belt between two fourth belt wheels is jacked by two inserting rods, the rope saw belt between the two fourth belt wheels is made to be in a U-shaped state, finally, the rope saw belt in the U-shaped state enters a cutting groove formed in the previous cutting process, and concrete at the bottom of the broken ceramic tile is transversely cut off through the rope saw belt. Tools such as a hand hammer, a chisel and an electric pick are not needed to break and remove the ceramic tiles violently, and the purpose of easily removing the broken ceramic tiles can be achieved only in a drilling and linear cutting mode.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用破损瓷砖移除装置，包括n形板，n形板的两个竖板底端分别固定有底座。本装置通过钻头和绳锯带的巧妙结合运用，首先通过钻头在破损瓷砖四角处分别钻出一个供穿管能够插入的孔，然后通过两个第四皮带轮之间的绳锯带分别将每相邻两个钻孔之间的破损瓷砖边缘处切割，随后通过两个插杆顶动两个第四皮带轮之间的绳锯带，让两个第四皮带轮之间的绳锯带呈U形状态，最终让呈U形状态的绳锯带进入此前切出的切槽内，并通过绳锯带将破损瓷砖底部的混凝土横向切断，本装置在破除破损瓷砖时，不需要手锤、凿子、电镐等工具去暴力的破除瓷砖，只通过钻孔和线切割的方式即可达到轻松移除破损瓷砖的目的。
