Method for modifying opened fiber reinforced regenerated artificial stone by using waste textiles
The invention discloses a method for modifying opened fiber reinforced regenerated artificial stone by using waste textiles, and relates to the field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out primary opening on the waste textiles and fiber waste silk; (2) further crushing the opened fibers by using a knife crusher; (3) carrying out surface modification on the fibers by using a silane coupling agent; (4) adding the modified opened fibers as a reinforcing agent in the preparation process of the regenerated artificial stone; (5) performing vacuum, vibration and compression molding; and (6) finally, putting the pressed and molded stone into a curing chamber, and drying to obtain the waste spinning modified opened fiber reinforced regenerated artificial stone. According to the method, the waste textiles are recycled in a high-value mode, the resource utilization rate is increased, meanwhile, the performance of the regenerated artificial stone is improved, and the product competitiveness of the regenerated artificial stone is improved.
本发明公开一种利用废旧纺织品改性开松纤维增强再生人造石的方法,涉及建筑材料领域。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)对废旧纺织品、纤维废丝进行初步开松;(2)使用刀式破碎机对开松纤维进一步破碎;(3)使用硅烷偶联剂对纤维进行表面改性;(4)在再生人造石制备过程中将改性后的开松纤维作为增强剂加入其中;(5)再经真空、振动、压制成型;(6)最后将压制成型的石料放入养护室进行干燥得到废纺改性开松纤维增强的再生人造石。本发明不仅高价值回收利用废旧纺织品,提高资源利用率,同时提高了再生人造石的性能,提升了再生人造石的产品竞争力。
