A pile casing used for being inserted into an anchor hole is included, an anchor rod is inserted into the pile casing, a supporting rod used for stretching out of the pile casing is slidably connected into the pile casing, the supporting rod is used for stretching out of the pile casing to abut against the top wall of an anchor hole expansion section, and in the process that the anchor rod is inserted into the pile casing, the supporting rod is driven to extend out of the pile casing. The method has the effect that the situation that a T-shaped anchor hole of the soft soil stratum is prone to hole collapse at the expansion section position is improved.
